Ive been with the company almost 7 years and have had a winderful time moving up and down as a manager in different stores. I still like im learning so much and love training the new staff

Coming in and knowing that i dont have a toxic staff. Helping the guest find the best gift for someone.
What are some of the best things about your team?
So i jusy transfered to a new store in a new state and this staff has been the most welcoming. Ive had the pleasure of training the Sr AM in hopes for her to befome the SM very soon
