Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I know a lot about different departments and I have been here for six years. I could go somewhere else making more than what I make now for what I do here. I would like to be on the scale of what other people do for as much as I do.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Most of my inbound team are hard workers and get work done. Most of them are super friendly.
