All conversations were professional, but still had a personal touch. It was truly communicative-a conversation, not just an interview.

It is clearly defined, no ambiguity, and the benefits are considerate of employees at all stages of life (single/married, kids/none, retiring soon)
What are some of the best things about your team?
I have yet to meet a team that isn't collaborative. Every voice is heard and all ideas are taken into consideration and discussed.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I love the authenticity and transparency the leadership shares with all levels of the business. It is refreshing to see executives truly "walk the talk".
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The support and acknowledgement from the leadership team. We have a recognition program that is constantly flowing-the personal attention to detail given to each card written is impressive.
What makes you most happy at work?
The agility of my role! I am always driven to do my best in every project I undertake because I love our people, culture and mission in the privacy industry.
