One positive aspect is the consistency in which leadership and co-workers acknowledge employee successes and accomplishments, whereby Creating the Spark.
Lots of recognition, company updates, team events
We are all engaged in our roles and feel that we are contributing and making a difference.
Everyone here has a such a positive attitude, leadership takes the time to get to know you, and they genuinely want to hear feedback and new ideas if it will make the individual or organization more successful.
