I used to love it now I fear the changes are attracting less qualified, questionable employees and I fear that it will be going downhill quickly.

I love my job and my teams.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The environment I make with my teams. That is not the case company wide.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
In the past leadership was exceptional over the last 5 years changes have been made that have ruined the culture.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I am upper management and I have a great team. The company is constantly restructuring and the worst decisions are being made.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Bonuses have been restructured in such a way as to lower top performers. We have had to share our earnings so more people could get rewarded even if they didn't earn it. I have not gotten compensated year so I make less each year in relation to cost of living.
