- Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?There is no consideration and no trust
- What would you improve about your company's interview process?Interviews are very technical. No glimpses are given into what's going on at Spirochem. No possibility for personal visit from abroad was offered. In order to make the interviews better, Spirochem has to give more information about what to expect working for them.
- What's going wrong and how can it be improved?The most customer projects get delayed due to unrealistic deadlines and wrong planning. Technical employees receive projects with insane deadlines without having planned activities in advance and get only pushed. Way to improve: Leave realistic planning to those who can do it and don't push them.
