What do you like best about the leadership team?
I have not seen a lot of things until now, regarding the leadership team, but so far my onboarding is amazing since the people welcomed me really great!
They are quite friendly, caring and supportive. Always find them around when looking out for help. I find great sense of satisfaction and work-life balance. In a nutshell, working in Splyt has been amazing.
Respectful, open minded and inclusive people who love what they do
The leadership team does think about employees in the organisation. They are like shadowing the employees no matter what position they are, they are all being appreciated.
Actively seek and open to feedback. Genuinely care about employee happiness & investment in people. Clear vision.

It covers my monthly needs.
The best part is other perks. There is also a fair amount for self learning and development.

What are some of the best things about your team?
I have not met them yet, but when it comes to the team leader, she is amazing and really supportive!
They do good cushioning. I feel safe and happy to work.
