I'm not sure, the culture was so bad I had to hit the Voice Memo button to figure out what was real and not real.
My compensation was unfair, as the actual compensation plan run was altered by the CHRO and approved by the Benefit's Director. Poorly run and not an honest company. altering numbers run on actual data doesn't make them correct.
Better communication and honest communication by those with a voice choosing not to use it. Not altering data or choosing to omit data (HR DEPT). If you know you know, I was in HR and can speak to this.
Get more compassionate leaders, when they are recruited, be able to keep them on board for several years. This seems to be a problem for this company. Maybe when recruiting executives see if they can create a basic PowerPoint of an org chart.
Hit and miss, so much turnover in executive management in the year I worked there. It was hard to give an assessment on those coming and going. The ones that stayed for 2+ years were not great (HR being the worst). Not sure what to think or the direction the company was going.
