What do you like best about the leadership team?
Our leadership team is dedicated to bringing our organization to the next level. Whether through tech or human capital, our leaders place new ideas and collaboration at the top of the list of priorities. Leading by example, they encourage and motivate their teams to strive to be their very best.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Hit and miss, so much turnover in executive management in the year I worked there. It was hard to give an assessment on those coming and going. The ones that stayed for 2+ years were not great (HR being the worst). Not sure what to think or the direction the company was going.
