    The manager who interviewed was an awesome manager. She asked all the right questions for someone who should be employed in this type of store.

    I got along great with all my co-workers.
  • What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
    I'm not sure, the culture was so bad I had to hit the Voice Memo button to figure out what was real and not real.

    Train managers, especially store managers and above how to speak to people.
  • What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
    Get more compassionate leaders, when they are recruited, be able to keep them on board for several years. This seems to be a problem for this company. Maybe when recruiting executives see if they can create a basic PowerPoint of an org chart.
  • What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
    Better communication and honest communication by those with a voice choosing not to use it. Not altering data or choosing to omit data (HR DEPT). If you know you know, I was in HR and can speak to this.
