What did you like most about the interview process?The manager who interviewed was an awesome manager. She asked all the right questions for someone who should be employed in this type of store.
What are some of the best things about your team?I got along great with all my co-workers.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?I'm not sure, the culture was so bad I had to hit the Voice Memo button to figure out what was real and not real.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?Train managers, especially store managers and above how to speak to people.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?Get more compassionate leaders, when they are recruited, be able to keep them on board for several years. This seems to be a problem for this company. Maybe when recruiting executives see if they can create a basic PowerPoint of an org chart.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?Better communication and honest communication by those with a voice choosing not to use it. Not altering data or choosing to omit data (HR DEPT). If you know you know, I was in HR and can speak to this.
