The challenges presented and the support received to achieve shared and individual goals.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Get more compassionate leaders, when they are recruited, be able to keep them on board for several years. This seems to be a problem for this company. Maybe when recruiting executives see if they can create a basic PowerPoint of an org chart.
