Funny, helps the time pass, most are knowledgeable about their departments

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

Better communication and honest communication by those with a voice choosing not to use it. Not altering data or choosing to omit data (HR DEPT). If you know you know, I was in HR and can speak to this.
