if it was equal. someone new was hired to take my old job and they were hired at 15k more than i was making to do the SAME JOB

They are very engaged and positive
They are extremely supportive in building ideas
We all collaborate together to get projects done efficently.

Everyone is so supportive of one another. We take diversity and mental health very seriously here at Spotify.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Be more inclusive. Get managers adequate training. Allow employees to review their managers including VPs. Stay aligned with how your VPs and below are coaching and growing their direct reports.

What did you like most about the interview process?
It went along at a good pace
I am a recruiting coordinator, so I see all of the back end of interviews. We all work hard to make the interview process very smooth and positive for all candidates.
