Not creating middle management layers as a solution to every problem. Hire experienced managers. Lay off the re-orgs.

Tech is not valued, "R&D" is a bloated organization. The areas that actually impact our business are being run like old school music companies.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
HR is awful. It's well known that compensation is low and there's no viable path for advancement, but we're all supposed to be happy to be "in the band" anyway.
