I think they need to improve a lot of things, first the AE's have no idea what are they doing, they just want you to joing the company without knowing the internal business goal, we always expirienced problems with the hardware and the deposits never matches the sales, money on hold for dif reasons.

Briefly describe your overall experience at your company

I started off in a support role/menu builder. In 2 weeks I was part of Implementation/Install. I asked to become a Sales partner and was granted the position almost immediately. They want you to succeed.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

They pay people at a sub-human rate - a good portion of their sales force is commission-only and ends up owing the company more than they make based on "pull-back" clauses.
