I wish we had an option to ise facilities outside of SSM Health for special circumatamces, like Mayo. I appreciate that families who fall under a xertain inclme range can have their premiums reduced or even waived.
Health coverage is wonderful, inexpensive cost.
They do have matching which promotes saving.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Pleasant and supportive. Good people.
Understand the work and work together
While doing this in-service, I am not referring to the other technicians I work with. I love the staff I actually work with.

What did you like most about the interview process?
It was quick get to meet interview.
I was able to allow my personality to show through and the managers could see how positive and bubbly I am. Questions weren't very difficult to come up with an answer to and everything I said was from my heart. They appreciated it.

What makes you most happy at work?
My patients enjoy my company and empathy.
Caring for the patients. It makes it all worth it. I enjoy making them smile and laugh. Anything I can do to take their mind off their hospital stay or medical issues is what I enjoy most about my job. I always greet patients positively and prove how much I care about my job.
