St. Mary's Hospital employee Mr. Tamara Wais, the nurse of the 5th floor is very nice, very professional, warm person. I thank her for an excellent care of my father. All of nurses on 5th floor ave exceptional. Thank you very much.

I know I am paid less than I should be compared to other hospitals. About $6 an hour less or more.

No merit pay increases. Annual pay increases are well below the rate of inflation. Pay scales are not equitable even when looking at seniority vs individual productivity.
