What do you like best about the leadership team?

They are open to new ideas.

What are some of the best things about your team?

Healthy competition, dedication and commitment.

What did you like most about the interview process?

It was interactive and friendly.

What makes you most happy at work?

Doing my job and getting involved in different initiatives and projects.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Need at least 20K more in basic pay. I believe I am underpaid for my experience and abilities, as well as the work I do.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Should be easier to get promoted if you are talented and capable. Very hierarchical organisation and some really old-fashioned thinking at the top leadership level, so that's definitely a downside. This should change - a lot!
