The executive team thinks about themselves and the shareholders only. I have to buy my own pencils and notepads because they will not spend any money on the employees. They won?
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
They openly tell us that we are paid less than our neighbors Chromalloy and Boeing. Our only avenue to make more pay is to get a merit increase of 3 to 4% per year. We are already approximately 20% less than our neighbors.
