- What do you like best about your company?Work pace and people Culture
- What makes you most happy at work?I enjoy the opportunities to explore advanced calculations and enhance my skill set in that area. Each day is relatively easy and I never worry about how late I am going to work.

- What would you most like to see improved at your company?more transparency regarding promotion track, bonus and benefits available.
- Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?I wish the 401k participation was much sooner rather than making you wait 6 months. Also, the bonus amount is a grey area. Smaller benefits and perks (cell reimbursement, meals expense, etc) are not easy to find.
