Mr. Alan J. Krause has been the President of MWH at MWH Global, Inc., since September 01, 2016. Mr. Krause has been the President of MWH Global Inc. since March 2008 and as its Chief Executive Officer since November 2011. Mr. Krause is responsible for directing MWH Global, Inc.'s worldwide operations from MWH's headquarters near Denver, Colorado. Mr. Krause serves as an Executive Vice President at Stantec Inc. He has more than 37 years of industry experience and has an extensive experience in managing the technical work on dam, tailings, remediation and construction projects throughout the U.S. and around the world. He served as the President of Natural Resources Industry and Infrastructure Services division of MWH Global, Inc. since June 2006. He served as the Chief Operating Officer of Global Energy and Natural Resources division of MWH Global, Inc. He served as the Chief Operating Officer for Global Energy and Industry Division, Manager of the Latin America and Middle East Divisions and Manager of the Mining Division of MWH Global, Inc. He managed MWH's $150M Global Energy and Natural Resources operation. Mr. Krause served as Chairman of MWH Global Inc. from December 14, 2012 to September 01, 2016. Mr. Krause serves as a Director of MWH Global, Inc. He serves as a Director at BOS Solutions Holdings Inc. He serves as a Director of MWH Americas, Inc. and MWH International Board of Directors. He served as member of the Board of Directors at Golder Associates Inc. In 2015, he was appointed by the U.S. Secretary of Commerce to represent the consulting and engineering segment of the U.S. environmental technology sector as a member of the Environmental Technologies Trade Advisory Committee. He has completed the Owner/President Management Program at Harvard Business School and is a member for the Pan American Academy of Engineering. Mr. Krause holds an Executive Management Diploma from Harvard University and Master of Science in Geotechnical Engineering from University of Nevada Mackay School of Mines and B.S. in Geology.
