Stantec has a great culture and looks after its people. The hardest part of working at Stantec for me has to do with the company size. It is difficult to get things done with so many rigid policies, particularly on the IT side of things. However, while a bit unwieldy, size can have its benefits.

Stantec has a fairly positive corporate culture.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I feel like our benefits package, while not exceptional, is reasonable.
What makes you most happy at work?
Having a lot of good, clear, solid work in front of me, with a reasonable budget to work with.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Most of the folks in my leadership team are approachable and seem to truly care bout people. For me, that's big.
