What do you like best about the leadership team?

Their strategic approach, and the way they are structured

Nice people, generally, though their ability to help staff projects is limited and I often feel they are stingy.

Stantec has well intentioned aspirations, however, the need for constant revenue to support its size, the seeking of day to day bread and butter projects can cloud some of those aspirations, not atypical of any large corporation.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

They miss the forest for the trees. Stock prices are doing great, leadership is very well compensated, but employees can't make rent.

Leadership are clueless and unappreciative about the hard work the lowest rank does for the business.

Fair compensation to all staff

Taking corrective action. Fostering a safe and inclusive and fun environment for all

Not burying employees to escape accountability and lying to employees about what they stand for in protecting the community and vulnerable poeple - i am metis and autistic and low class
