Inspiring people, interesting work with good mentors (when I started).
It was simple and easy. The interview was in person and there were multiple associates interviewing me at once. It felt like a conversation. They encouraged me to ask questions to determine if I could see myself working here.

The Human Resources hiring process should be improved. It is heavy and not friendly

Dont lie about the benefits and how they treat people

Let engineering and technical staff evaluate competence not admin and financial managers
