What did you like most about the interview process?

Inspiring people, interesting work with good mentors (when I started).

It was simple and easy. The interview was in person and there were multiple associates interviewing me at once. It felt like a conversation. They encouraged me to ask questions to determine if I could see myself working here.

The Human Resources hiring process should be improved. It is heavy and not friendly
