Flexible hours and ability to work from home. They promote a healthy work-life balance.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Employee stock purchase plan is a good benefit. 5% 401k match, fully vested. I do not have health/dental benefits through work.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I met with several managers, as well as my future colleagues. They gave me good insights on day-to-day business and corporate culture.
