The employee and the human being it is at the center of the attention, nevertheless everyone is also very ethical about his/her work
What did you like most about the interview process?
the attention was as focused on the skills and soft-skills, as on the kindness of the personality, and really felt was the last one that made the different for our HR manager
What makes you most happy at work?
the projects i am working on are of real benefit for the planet, the environment and the humanity, and my collegues are fantastic people. So i feel i am doing something socially useful and surrounded by a very pleasant environment
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Very cooperative. A lot of attention on the human value aspect and on listening each other, encouraged by our CEO. There is a lot of freedom in arranging the timings ourself, so the team is it very efficient and flexible at the same time.
