What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
People want to get the work done right so teams work together. No pointing fingers, it's about coming together and working things out that may need fixing. Cross team collaboration is great
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I love that that they do their best to keep the company/employees in the loop and encourage participation. They encourage critiques and feedback and listen to it. Love that they present updates to us every week.
