I really appreciate the amount of vacation and sick days that we have. It makes me feel that the company cares about my personal needs.

Doing a job you enjoy, surrounded by good people and being compensated *more than fairly* --- i have zero complaints.

Commissions collected upon project completion.

We have regular reviews that allow us to grow with the company and to be compensated for additional responsibilities we take on. We also have a pretty unique commission structure
