What do you like best about the leadership team?
It's so clear that they strike a great balance between doing what's right for the business, their employees, and the pets they feed.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Being realistic about what can be achieved in high growth periods
Listen to the employees that actually do the work. Work which is very hard and physical
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Salary and bonus were fair
It is all good. Could work on getting the cost of insurance down. But that's true everywhere.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Don't be fooled when they give you stock, it's worthless
Temporary employees are paid more than workers that have been there for years
What are some of the best things about your team?
Hard workers. Scrappy. Committed dedicated

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Spot the people who really want to work make them happy build little team's and set little goals and have fun maybe free lunch on Friday's

Open to speak mind with peers

Fast furious quick good action
The plant tour was a selling point. Safety is a priority and their safety record is outstanding.
