What are some of the best things about your team?mainly females. talented, creative, inspiring
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?Positive- the working teams are energized, talented and intelligent. The environment is dog-eat-dog and crushing with the soul-killing attitude of top management, BUT we create our own happiness despite that. Individual teams are inquisitive, quick-thinking and great to work with.
What did you like most about the interview process?Super easy, friendly and open conversations. Quick to meet other team members, offer made quickly and accepted within a day.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?Ship sinking wont be long
What does the leadership team need to get better at?They cant come back from the disasters they created by pitting people against each other. Starts from the too down.
