What do you like best about the leadership team?
Excellent team to with I really enjoy my stint
They make it a point to get to know you, learn your name, and make their actions to better the org and develop employees clear. They also genuinely care about your well being which is reassuring.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
The leadership team, specifically the CFO and other board of directors could value the employees more. Dedicated people who've added significant value to the global business through the IT and marketing functions could be treated with more respect, not expendable assets despite all our contributions
