They are focused on getting things done.
EMEA leadership is people first and tries very hard to make a great place to work, despite the chaos coming from IL and US leadership

More flex work support for remote employee
Employees learn more and aquire new tasks and responsibilities, however changes in pay do not relfect changes in the job

Interviews were conversational and focused on my experience and the culture. It was more about finding a good mutual fit for the team and position.
