It is not a good experience. Yes, you can meet some nice coworkers but the other employees are not the nicest. I never gave out references to come work at the company because I did not see the good in it. What I was told when I was hired is different than what is expected of you.

In Guntown MS 2nd shift supervisors do not require everyone to work. They let some individuals get paid to sit. Including one of the employees whose sister is her direct supervisor.

Love working for the company, however the compensation for salary postions are on the low end.

Terrible, I'm not making enough to make ends meet.

Some of the supervisors at the sites are awful. I was thrown under the bus by one and never got that fixed. I was doing as I was told to ensure that everyone was there on time and had appropriate work attire. I worked overtime with her and was told it was ok she was late to work because of that.

Under qualified supervisors are the worst.

I was not paid enough for the jump in hours. It was oh hey you are working 12s now or you have been moved plants, which would be fine if I was paid more for my time. There is no compensation for the amount of work or the fact that if you are promoted you have to be on the road.

I would feel better if I could make enough to pay all of my bills. This company don't give enough hours because there is never enough work available for everyone working.

If you are praised then the managers will not take kindly to that nor asking questions about the company. You have to come prepared because the supervisors will not then they will blame you.

Everybody just want to do the same thing I am doing everyday. So we run out of work quicker everyday. Instead of them finding their own tasks to complete so that we can finally make a full days pay. We all just need a new job because I am tired of going home too early everyday.

Positive people helping others succeed

We don't have to worry about getting sick because of temperature. It's always hot in the place we need air conditioning.

They should mention how low the amount of work gets and how low the amount of hours get.

My team and the people that work for me. As well as the leaders i work for.

Everything can be improved. This company is the worst company I ever work for.
