What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?If you are praised then the managers will not take kindly to that nor asking questions about the company. You have to come prepared because the supervisors will not then they will blame you.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?I was not paid enough for the jump in hours. It was oh hey you are working 12s now or you have been moved plants, which would be fine if I was paid more for my time. There is no compensation for the amount of work or the fact that if you are promoted you have to be on the road.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?Some of the supervisors at the sites are awful. I was thrown under the bus by one and never got that fixed. I was doing as I was told to ensure that everyone was there on time and had appropriate work attire. I worked overtime with her and was told it was ok she was late to work because of that.
