What makes you most happy at work?
I like that my work schedule is lax, I get a much better sleep schedule instead of waking up extremely early in the morning.
The people I work along side and our student success stories.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
I don't even know how they can improve - close down, maybe?
There are too many underprepared students. They should have some help with reading and writing before they take any other courses. That would increase the number of students who can pass the later courses.
