What do you like best about the leadership team?
Friendly passionate responsible diligent steadfast
The culture they create is amazing.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Taking care of employees. It's a job seekers market, so why do they seem to try to drive off talent? Immediate management is handicapped and overworked as well with a currently high turnover rate.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Very good treatment to employees.
The benefits are incredible and cover both myself and my family.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
401k match better insurance plan cost for the employee
What are some of the best things about your team?
The team is generally very good, most people are nice.
Work together and get along
always willing to help me when I need it and explain procedures so I can learn
We are all valued members ofntea of the team.
Everyone rallies to help each other out. It's a true collaborative environment.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Frankly we are only here because we are between better jobs at the moment
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The culture as a contractor is a bit bizzare, but my current assignment is fantastic.

Everyone is given an opportunity to learn and to grow as a professional. Plus, the community outreach program STS has in place is a great way for us to get together as a team and help those in our community.

Stop telling us we are essential but treating us as expendable

I was offered the job as soon as i applied. No interview or questions
he didn't ask questions that have no bearing on my ability to do the job. no inane questions
I got the job in the end.
