My experience has been very enjoyable so far. I really enjoy my work and the amount of responsibility I have. However, my biggest issue is the lack of direction I receive from my manager. They are often very vague when I ask a question and I would also like more opportunities to learn from them.

The ability to have ownership of my work.
What makes you most happy at work?
Successfully filling a role and helping grow the teams I support.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I think we all get along well and I am able to ask other teammates for help.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I believe in the mission of the leadership team, I also appreciate the support from leadership in working with hiring managers.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I think my base salary is the best part of my compensation, I appreciate that I get a bonus as well. However, RSU's would be nice to have pre-IPO.
