I have only been here a few weeks, but overall it's been a very positive experience! An area for improvement, however, is the PTO/sick day policy. It's shocking to me that there aren't separate sick days. 16 days of PTO would have been a great deal (for the USA) if it didn't include sick days.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
My base salary is very good!
What are some of the best things about your team?
I started recently, but so far everyone has been super supportive and welcoming!
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I feel as though my manager works very hard to make sure I feel appreciate as a person. I feel as though he truly has my best interests at heart. I think that this level of support from him has helped to create a very supportive atmosphere in my team.
What makes you most happy at work?
Free lunch, plus no expectation of overwork. I feel most happy when I know that I can go home after being here for 8 hours. I also really appreciate the hybrid schedule, as it allows me to better take care of tasks at home as well as have more uninterrupted time to work.
