My team specifically is 10/10. The company offers some excellent person like the commuter program and paid lunches, which I appreciate. I also enjoy the hybrid schedule.

I love my manager and their manager! I feel valued and I'm always working on interesting projects. They are always focused on my growth. I appreciate them so much!
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I don't know if it's like this on other teams, but I really appreciate that we are an actual team and everyone's input and work is valuable, no matter their level. I also really enjoy that my team members are all so friendly and we all jump in to help each other learn and solve problems.
