Mainly talking and collaborating with my co-workers on new and challenging problems.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Lack of clear compensation and evaluation methodology. Needs to be better laid out and more transparent.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Allow the flexibility for me to own my work and work with my own methods without micromanaging. Also clearly defining what leadership wants so I can better tailor my work to meet that need.
