Many things to like, but certainly areas to improve in terms of some perks (esp NYC compared to other offices), as well as clearer org structures with more structured promotion opps Worried that expanded primary sales will neg impact market and customer (tix buyers) perception of SH (already rocky)

from all walks of life, broad experiences and interests outside of work, extremely competent and providing great development early in my career
What do you like best about the leadership team?
short distance (org chart wise) between myself in a relatively entry-level position to exec team, easy to have frank conversations re: company goals, career aspirations, etc.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
good salary and RSU package... inflation has taken out a big chunk of what was previously a pretty competitive salary, but otherwise comp package seems fair
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
due to industry we're in, most if not all colleagues share an interest in live entertainment of different sorts, so fosters a fun environment for conversation, sharing interests, and connecting work responsibilities to industry impact.
What makes you most happy at work?
Good pace of work without crazy quick deadlines, learning new things that are obviously widely applicable to my field of work. Not to say there aren't crazy deadlines for different projects, but when there aren't, I'm happy
