- What needs to change to make the company culture better?I would say that if the employees had more incentive to a good job there would be a better culture. Right now we receive a piece of paper with our efficiency rate on it every week with our paycheck even though all the rates are completely wrong.
- What needs to change to make the company culture better?I was given no direction by HR or my engineering manager. Even my corporate mentor, who had 15 years experience, was minimally helpful despite being friendly. Only one younger less experienced employee was helpful navigating what should have been provided by HR and management.
- Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?I would like stake in the company. Not just for me but for everyone. I think the employees deserve it and their mentality towards doing their job would change.
