Their commitment to being a part of the staff and building relationships with their employees. A company's culture begins with leadership, and SOA, while not perfect, has created a positive company culture where people are welcoming to all.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
In the last few years, SOA ensured transparency about pay and how they measure to ensure everyone is paid fairly. They reassess pay according to industry standards often. While pay is not at the top compared to other similar companies, the overall work experience makes it worth it.
