For the long hours that we work with no long breaks we should be getting alot more pay especially when you compare that to public schools

A place for teachers to sit and eat comfortably. Bonuses
Less time at work, more breaks for the school and students, and actual care for staff. Managers need better training and consistent feed back on how to talk to staff, to not panic when network arrives.

Stop focusing on the wrong things. Listen to your students. Stop the micromanagement
