What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Everything! They need compassion back, with the employees as well as the customers/patients.
easing the burden, the workload for an RN's shift isn't doable

More pro for non clinical employees
Salaries of some key revenue or funding drivers are subpar compared to the public ally reported salaries of the senior executive team
More competitive pay, better dental, and better insurance.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
the environment is so toxic so everyone hates their job and no one gets along
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
A different manager and management team with different priorities and goals
nurses don't have a voice in anything, when they speak up about unsafe staffing conditions they are targeted for reprisals
Nursing administration for sure!!! You need to know that you supervisor’s inability to staff the units is because they have know idea what a nurse does in a hospital in this century!
