Good. I work with some great staff.
Summit Health was a downgrade from the lab that I worked at before being bought by Summit. The management at Summit allows a very poor work culture. Also, Summit is about quantity and not quality. The ghetto of labs.
Caring for patients and helping them
Over the years I have found SMH very accessible, great providers, great staff to answer questions or help you with whatever. Quick response time AND professional attitude!
Offer geriatric services. Improve timing.
