What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are attentive and work with the staff for personal and team success.
The culture of the company is what I like best.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Leadership needs to know and understand what a lab and it's specimens are. Blind or hands off leadership cannot manage if their employees know more than they do.
They don't care about lesser workers.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
With my knowledge and other employee's knowledge in keeping a department or departments running smoothly without leadership knowledge, they should be compensated better.

The people on the team are awesome
They are all skilled and easy to work with.

Clerical staff needs to learn how to do their job so clinical can do theirs in a timly matter

There was nothing positive of the culture or environment.
The managers make working there great
Free to work and play as needed.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
The focus needs to be put back on quality patient care and not how numbers for a profit.

There was no interview as we were bought by Summit and had no choice but to work with Summit until we had the chance to leave.

Caring for patients and helping them

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Healthcare should not be run by those who fo not understand Healthcare. It should be about patients health and not about how much earnings they can make.
Nothing is wrong I have a great job.
Management needs to listen to clinical staff and put focus back on quality patient can not quantity
People need to start caring about people and not about money.
