Everybody gets along and the culture is great

the location, environment and the purpose of our guests, meaning they are on vacation and we want them to have a great time.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Employees need 40 hours and raises should be based on performance. a raise should never...never be 12 cents and they should never be blanketed.
