What do you like best about the leadership team?
Fair, they listen, they are open to ideas that don't agree with what they may think.
There is Communicate everyone knows their jobs and help we help everyone out
Open door policy and they have your back should you run into problems.
Very approachable and engaged with team members.
They are put together and get stuff done in time.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Being honest with their people. Rewarding hard work and getting rid of those who don't work. So basically...they need to learn how to lead.
