Being honest with their people. Rewarding hard work and getting rid of those who don't work. So basically...they need to learn how to lead.
literally everything needs to improve
The pay is the saddest part of job, definitely not paid what I'm worth with my A+ employment history.
Office coordinators need to be paid more considering all that their job entails and the skill level required.
The jobs are simple..anyone can replace me and management knows it. They want you to come to work and be satisfied with your lot. They do not want you to advance. They do not want you to think. They do want you to outshine them is all that I can figure.
If i was paid on time would be the norm but havent been paid
They barely raised my wage even with a minimum wage increase, meaning I am only making $1 above my staff.
Most are just fine but the ones who give their best are miserable because they are given extra work, but never forty hours and never a raise of more than 12 cents a year.
Employees need 40 hours and raises should be based on performance. a raise should never...never be 12 cents and they should never be blanketed.
Maybe they could make it local and empower their managers to hire, discipline and fire rather than making that something someone two thousand miles away has control over.
